1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Fivicon API and website at fivicon.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Fivicon provides an API for discovering, scoring, and monitoring company logo assets. The Service includes:
- Logo discovery and scraping via API
- Quality scoring of brand assets
- Watchlist monitoring for logo changes
- Webhook notifications for detected changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and API keys
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential.
- You must not share your API key or allow unauthorized use of your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Scrape or access domains in violation of their robots.txt or terms of service
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing logo API product
- Resell or sublicense API access without prior written consent
We check robots.txt before scraping any domain. You agree to use the Service only in ways that respect the policies of third-party websites.
5. Usage limits
Free tier accounts are subject to request limits as specified on the pricing page. Exceeding limits will result in requests being blocked until the next billing period. We reserve the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
All logos and brand assets returned by the API belong to their respective trademark owners. Fivicon does not claim ownership of any third-party brand assets. You are responsible for ensuring your use of brand assets complies with applicable trademark and copyright law.
The Fivicon platform, code, and infrastructure are the intellectual property of Ronen Albagli. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Logo assets returned will be accurate, complete, or up to date
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronen Albagli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ronen Albagli from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
12. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
